The Pro-Fac board is made up of twelve grower-members representing the seven regions and districts within the Cooperative's membership area. Each region and district is entitled to one board representative. Additional representation within areas is based on the dollar value of member raw product deliveries. These individuals are elected by their fellow members to three-year terms. In addition, three independent directors are elected annually by the grower-directors to represent the public and to comply with Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.
